In our latest Connectathon talk we brought together thought leaders from diverse fields to explore how we can reshape leadership to better address today's complex global challenges. Moderated by Violeta, the session featured insights from Bianca, Director of Clean Tech from Iberia, and Mani, a self-described "warrior of the heart." The conversation delved into redefining leadership beyond traditional notions of power and influence, emphasizing the need for collective action, inclusivity, and a deeper sense of purpose. Bianca highlighted the importance of creating energy and unity among diverse stakeholders, while Mani stressed the significance of caring, kindness, and being of service to others.

Panelists explored why many young people are reluctant to engage in leadership roles and how this can be changed. They emphasized that leadership should not be seen as a positional power but as a way of being that everyone can embody.
